Please read before making a reservation
These terms apply to all bookings made with Indo Asia Hotels, including stays at our properties in Coorg and Madikeri.
By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms.
• All bookings require 100% advance payment to be confirmed.
• Reservations will only be held once the payment has been successfully received.
• Rates are charged per room, per night, based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise.
• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be provided based on availability and may incur additional charges.
• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan or package selected.
• Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be processed based on the specific booking terms shared at the time of reservation.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to full retention charges.
For clarity on your booking, we recommend confirming cancellation terms at the time of reservation.
• Guests are expected to respect the property, its surroundings, and other guests.
• Any damage to rooms, furnishings, or property assets may result in additional charges.
• The management reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
• Third-party service providers may serve ads and collect anonymous information through pixel tags. No personally identifiable information is collected or used in this process.
• Children aged 0–5 years may stay complimentary without an extra bed.
• Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults for booking purposes.
• Outside food and alcohol are not permitted within the property.
• All meals included in packages are to be consumed at designated dining areas unless specified otherwise.
• Guests are advised to follow all safety guidelines shared by the property during their stay.
• Use of facilities such as the swimming pool is at the guest’s own discretion and requires appropriate attire.
• The property is set within a natural landscape. Guests are requested to be mindful of the surroundings and avoid any activities that may disturb the environment.
• Certain outdoor experiences may be subject to weather conditions.
• Any third-party services arranged on behalf of guests (transport, tours, etc.) are subject to availability and external provider terms.
• The property is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services.
• Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may involve revised pricing.
• Requests for changes should be made in advance through our reservations team.
• While we take reasonable care to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, Indo Asia Hotels is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
